CHRIS BROWN TRIAL MOVED UP TO TODAY

Chris Breezy's hearing was moved to today & here are the terms of his sentence:

• Felony Probation for 60 months and must obey all laws.

• Report to Probation within 72 hours

• 52 Weeks of a Domestic Violence Program in Virginia.

• Must turn in all weapons within the next 24 hours and can not own any weapons during that period.

• Must Provide DNA Samples as Requested by the Authorities

• 180 Days of Community Service Hard Labor… washing cars, cleaning graffiti off the walls, etc.

• Get approval before leaving the country.

• Report to a court room every 3 months for the next 5 years.

• Fines and Fees: $2,500 in restitution, $2,500 in probation expenses, $30 for criminal conviction fee and $400 for the domestic violence fund.

• The Protective Order for the next 5 years: Brown is not allowed to harass, assault, threaten, molest, etc. Rihanna. No direct contact nor 3rd party contact with her. He must stay at least 100 yards away from her unless it is an entertainment (work) related event, then he must stay 10 yards away.

If Chris Brown violates any of these terms, he will be placed in jail immediately. Judge Patricia Schnegg told Chris during the sentencing:

“I am not the one to ever believe in any hear say or anything else but I am not immune from chatter on the airwaves. Any set violation of the protective order is a violation of your probation… Even though you have probation, remember this is a felony and it does come with potential of state prison if you should violate in any way the terms and condition of this probation or pick up any new case. Do you understand, I just want to myself perfectly clear.”

I wonder how Breezy & Rihanna feel, knowing that they have to basically treat eachother like the other doesn't exist for the next 5 years?

DIGITAL GIRL REMIX & RUN THIS TOWN WORLD PREMIERE, THE CARTERS BODYGUARD CHARGED

Jamie Foxx decided to release a music video for the remix to his song Digital Girl featuring Drake instead of the original. The song includes Kanye West & The Dream:

I like Drake's flow in this record & it's a very futuristic video, although it reminds me of Lloyd's Girls Around The World but I could dig it.

Speaking of Jay-Z, the situation in Croatia with the papz has escalated to Julius, Jigga's bodyguard, being charged with property damages & physical attacks!




He appeared in court today for 2 hours with his lawyer & interpreters & was found guilty on the charges.





Croatian authorities temporarily took away Julius’ passport but returned it to him today. For being found guilty, he was ordered to pay 554 kuna ($107 US), and the additional amount of 679 HRK ($131 US) for the costs of court proceedings.




The court commented that this was an unnecessary incident which was carried away by an arrogant bodyguard? Luckily Julius' punishment wasn't too harsh since the Croatian news were reporting that the tripod throwing started when everyone hopped into the boat & Julius proceeded to punch the papz' foot repeatedly & then smashed his camera light.





But really, am I the only one who fully watched this video???

E.S.P JEN: RICK PITINO BLACKMAILED & CHARGES OF RAPE

Former NY Knicks & the University of Louisville men's basketball team head coach Rick Pitino is being sued for rape!



But the story goes deeper then that.



Karen Cunagin Sypher, the wife of the Louisville team's equipment manager, is suing Pitino for reportedly raping her at Louisville's popular Porcini restaurant after closing hours and then again a few weeks later at another location.



She pressed charges on July 9, two months after a federal grand jury indicted her on charges of conspiring to extort $10 million from Pitino, who is married, in exchange for her silence. She has pleaded not guilty.

Pitino admitted to having sex with Sypher but says it was consensual & even admitted to paying $3,000 for an abortion on top of that!!

One investigator said Sypher failed to mention that Pitino's executive assistant Vinnie Tatum was at Porcini when she said the first rape occurred.

Tatum told the FBI that he hadn't seen what happened but heard "only the sounds of two people that seemed to be enjoying themselves during a sexual encounter," according to a police report.

Records also indicate Pitino was in California when Sypher claimed he sexually assaulted her a second time.

Prosecutors who have reviewed Sypher's claims say Pitino won't be charged due to discprencies in her story.

RIHANNA WANTS TO GET RID OF THE RESTRAINING ORDER ON C. BREEZY

It's not official yet, but later this afternoon, Chris Brown and his lawyers will be in the courtroom to enter a plea deal with Breezy doing 5 years probation and 1400 community service.




Rihanna's lawyers are said to also be at the hearing and will ask the judge to lift the restraining order the court has against Brown!




Let's see, first there were rumors that the 2 were ducking from the papz while hanging out at the Trump International Hotel together, now she wants to get rid of the restraining order which requires Brown to keep at least 50 ft away from her?





They're definitely kickin it on the low & she obviously wants to keep Chris Brown from bein arrested if they are seen together!

E. S. P. JEN: PLAXICO BURRESS INDICTED

Former New York Giant wide receiver Plaxico Burress was indicted by a grand jury today on weapons charges stemming from the shooting of himself in the thigh in New York's Latin Quarter nightclub last fall.

After testifying before a grand jury, Burress was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a weapon and one count of reckless endangerment.

Plax could face a minimum of 3 1/2 years in convicted.

Ain't that bitch. He has a bullet wound caused by himself & now might go to jail. SMH.

CHRIS BREEZY & RIHANNA GETS IT POPPIN AGAIN???

One of the penalties the court ordered Chris Brown to do in his hearing for battery was to stay at least 50 yards away from Rihanna & at least 10 yards away if they're both attending the same industry event.



Rihanna was overheard in the courtroom that day saying the restraining order was very unnecessary.




Well the pop star stayed true to her words!




According to The New York Post, paparazzi were able to get hold of some vital information regarding the 2!




They claim that both Rihanna & Brown checked into seperate rooms at the Trump International Hotel & Tower in Midtown in NYC on Friday where they spent the weekend together.



People at the hotel snitched on the former couple to the paps, saying that they spent a full two days together at the hotel. And not only that, Rihanna & Brown also used decoys and vehicles to go out in the city together in hopes of throwing off the paparazzi and any media from finding out that the two have been chillin.



My lawd. If there are any pictures of this, what is gonna happen to them in court?! I mean, they violated the law & on top of that I hope they re hatched the issues they've had.




Rihanna's gonna get a lot of hate for hangin with Chris again; whether it be as friends or lovers.





I say, she knows what she's doin. Both of them do.

NAS IS ORDERED TO PAY UP BIG TIME!

The judgment is in and Nas has to pay up big time!




The court has ordered Nas to pay up $39, 498.00 every month in the child support case with Kelis.




That's about a third of his monthly income! Escobar originally wanted to only pay $5,000 per month plus the baby's necessities, but I guess that ain't happenin anymore.




In addition to the 30+ grand, the judge has ordered him to pay for the baby’s nurse, prenatal expenses, medical insurance and $45,000 to Kelis’ lawyer!




I didn't think she was going to get all of that!!




Poor Nas. . . now he's really broke.

KELIS IS IN LABOR

Nas & Kelis were suppose to face each other in court today to try to reach an agreement financially but that's been put on hold because Kelis is currently in labor and reports are saying the baby is expected to pop out at any minute!




Nas is said to be on his way to the hospital during press time.




Their child will without a doubt be a super talented one!

CHRIS BROWN PLEA BARGAINS

Today was judgment day for Chris Brown in the felony assault case vs. Rihanna in whether he will serve jail time or not.


Lawyers announced that a plea deal has been reached and it goes as follows:

• Chris Brown is found guilty of felony assault
• 5 years supervised probation and has to check in with the judge every 3 months
• 180 days of hard labor
• enroll in domestic violence counseling
• must stay at least 50 yards away from one another for the next 5 years (vice versa)
  
• if they're at the same event, they must stay at least 10 yards away from each other
  
• no jail time

Since no cameras were allowed inside the courtroom, a sketch of Rihanna was provided & it's been told that she entered the courtroom only when Chris Brown left, making it easier on her to testify.


And because Chris plead guilty, he is now a convicted felon. All his paperwork and such will say he is a convicted felon and he will no longer be able to vote or carried a concealed weapon.


I say be a frickin saint for the next 10 years Chris Breezy. You got off pretty easy here.


Case closed. We can all now move on to. . . . Rihanna & drizzy Drake lol.

CHRIS BROWN TRIES TO POSTPONE HEARING

Chris Brown is trying desperately hard to postpone the trial on assault charges coming up on the 22nd.

His lawyer Mark Geragos on Tuesday petitioned the California Supreme Court to hold off on the upcoming preliminary hearing until after a judge has ruled whether the defense can have access to the LAPD’s records of its investigation into the photo that was leaked of Rihanna's battered face.

The state appeals court denied both requests, one made last week for the same reasons.

Rihanna who has been subpoenaed to testify against Brown is planning to comply with the prosecution’s wishes, her lawyer stated.

Maybe he's scared to hear what Rihanna's gonna say in court. I can't wait to hear both sides of the case!
