E.S.P JEN: RICK PITINO BLACKMAILED & CHARGES OF RAPE

Former NY Knicks & the University of Louisville men's basketball team head coach Rick Pitino is being sued for rape!



But the story goes deeper then that.



Karen Cunagin Sypher, the wife of the Louisville team's equipment manager, is suing Pitino for reportedly raping her at Louisville's popular Porcini restaurant after closing hours and then again a few weeks later at another location.



She pressed charges on July 9, two months after a federal grand jury indicted her on charges of conspiring to extort $10 million from Pitino, who is married, in exchange for her silence. She has pleaded not guilty.

Pitino admitted to having sex with Sypher but says it was consensual & even admitted to paying $3,000 for an abortion on top of that!!

One investigator said Sypher failed to mention that Pitino's executive assistant Vinnie Tatum was at Porcini when she said the first rape occurred.

Tatum told the FBI that he hadn't seen what happened but heard "only the sounds of two people that seemed to be enjoying themselves during a sexual encounter," according to a police report.

Records also indicate Pitino was in California when Sypher claimed he sexually assaulted her a second time.

Prosecutors who have reviewed Sypher's claims say Pitino won't be charged due to discprencies in her story.

E. S. P JEN: ROETHLISBERGER STATEMENT & MICHAEL VICK TO BE REINSTATED

According to ESPN, Michael Vick is set to be reinstated back into the NFL sometime next week but with a 4 game suspension.



He's now a free agent but no teams have expressed interest in the QB for their tryouts this year.



We'll see who gets him.




And in other NFL news, Ben Roethlisberger finally made a public statement about the rape charges against him.

There was an uproar because ESPN supposedly kept this under raps. People are saying if it were a black athlete, the story would be spread all over the media.

Andrea McNutty is suing Pittsburghs Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger for sexual assault!!

According to Yahoo News:

The woman was working as an executive casino host last July when she said Roethlisberger struck up a friendly conversation at her desk during the golf tournament the quarteback was taking part in.

The next night, she said he telephoned her to tell her his television sound system wasn't working and asked her to look at it. She said she was unable to find a technician so she handled it herself because she had been told it was important to please the celebrities.

In Roethlisberger's room she said she determined the TV was functioning properly but as she turned to leave, the 6-foot-5, 240-pound quarterback blocked her exit, the suit claims.

The lawsuit said he grabbed her and started to kiss her. It said she was "shocked and stunned that this previously friendly man, that appeared to be a gentleman in her previous contacts with him was suddenly preventing her from leaving, was assaulting her and battering her."

She said she feared that because he was a football player he could or would physically harm her if she tried to fight him off, but that she objected and protested several times."But instead of stopping, Roethlisberger began fondling plaintiff through her dress and between her legs," the suit said. He then "held her against her will and physically moved plaintiff and pushed her onto his bed" where he raped her, the suit says. She told him "You don't want to do this," and begged him "I am not on any type of birth control."

Afterward, he asked if there was a security camera in the hallway. She said he then instructed her to claim she had repaired his television if anyone asked why she was in his room.The lawsuit says the woman required hospitalization for treatment for depression after the alleged attack.

She is seeking at least $440,000 in damages from the quarterback and also alleges hotel officials for Harrah's Lake Tahoe went to great lengths to cover up the incident. She's seeking $50,000 in damages from the Harrah'sofficials.

17 YEAR OLD KILLS & RAPES 8 MONTH OLD BABY

There are some twisted muhfuckers in this world. I can truly say it! If only there was room for another crazy bitch or dumbass of the week, but I'll let that kitten killer be the prime example. Not saying that this story I just read isn't just as bad!

17-year-old Arnold T. Ross from New Orleans, was arrested Saturday afternoon on charges of aggravated rape and first-degree murder of an 8-month-old child.

My lawdddd. 8 months?!!


Ross was arrested after officers responded to a call of an unresponsive infant Da-Von Lonzo who was then taken to Ochsner Westbank where he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.

The death was initially unclassified, but the coroner's office later reported it as a homicide after an autopsy of the child's body revealed multiple fractures consistent with beating and tears in the anus.

Ross, who said he was the boyfriend of the infant's mother, told detectives that the baby fell down the stairs while he was babysitting. But a neighbor reported hearing loud noises coming from the apartment & that's when his story really begun to unfold.

He later admitted that he beat the infant repeatedly when it wouldn't stop crying until the child began to shit on himself. He said he tried to clean it up which caused the tears.

This youngin has had a record of previous arrests for possession of crack cocaine and marijuana, obscenity, battery on a correctional officer, three counts of battery on a teacher, three counts of theft, illegal carrying of a weapon and assault.

He tried to clean it up????? That's the reason for the tears in his bunghole?? That musta been some heavy doody cleaning! And the mother of the infant is 34 years old. Can someone tell me what the hell she's doin with a 17 year old at 34??!!! Lawddd I hope she's not a crackhead herself.

I don't buy it & neither will a jury. He's facing the death penalty if charged.
