KLEIN & MURRAY TO BE OFFICIALLY CHARGED WITH MANSLAUGHTER FOR MICHAEL JACKSON'S DEATH!

Michael Jackson's death will be finally be brought to justice!

According to a law enforcement source, Dr. Conrad Murray will be charged with manslaughter for the death of Michael Jacking within the next 2 weeks FOX News reports!

The source initially said Dr. Conrad Murray could be arrested as soon as next Wednesday — but investigators have decided to execute one more search warrant, likely at a Los Angeles pharmacy, next week in an attempt to gather more evidence against him. The arrest is now expected the following week.

However the DA's office is said to be currently in talks with investigators about whether they will offer Murray the option of surrendering in Los Angeles, or if he will be arrested in Houston, where he is currently staying.

Investigators initially had hoped to charge Murray with a more serious crime than manslaughter — a defendant may be charged with second degree murder in California without the presence of a motive — but prosecutors are concerned that a jury will be unlikely to convict without one, sources said. Unless evidence is found in next week’s search, Murray will be charged with manslaughter.

Murray won't be the only doctor who faces criminal charges in connection with MJ death!

An additional lawn enforcement source told FOX News that Dr. Arnold Klein, Jackson’s longtime dermatologist, will be hit with charges related to medical malpractice. Investigators are still building their case against Klein, and he will not be arrested for at least another two weeks.

UPDATES:

• According to court documents, Michael's $400 million debt is expected to be completely cleared with the money in his estate. MJ's co-executors to his estate said they're in the process of wrapping up a few deals that will generate millions of dollars of revenues for the estate.

• The $5.5 million that was missing from MJ's house has finally surfaced. The money was set aside for his children and was hidden within Mike's home but police couldn't find it. Dr. Tohme Tohme, MJ's former financial advisor had the money and told the police that MJ had given it to him to purchase a house in Las Vegas. Ummm okay???

• Reports are saying that fishy Dr. Conrad Murray told LAPD later that MJ had a closet full of pills and prescription drugs, including Propofol. Funny thing is, the drugs were packed away & concealed so that it wouldn't look obvious to a stranger's eye if they were to see the closet & suspect anything.

• In 2003, MJ's dermatologist Dr. Arnold Klein asked Dr. Harvey Richmond, a gynecologist specializing in vaginal rejuvenation & who worked on the same floor as Klein, if he could use Richmond's offices to perform a minor acne treatment on MJ under full anesthesia. Richmond thought it was odd that Klein was using full anesthesia for acne treatment, but agreed and arranged for an anesthesiologist and scrub tech to work on MJ.

• What's the fishiest about Dr. Murray is the latest relevation! On the day of MJ's death at 9:22am, reports say that 2 employees were spotted going into Murray's Houston offices & carrying out box loads of paperwork and files from his storage unit into their cars & driving away. What were the employees taking from the storage unit?? Files of who?? For what??? And the funniest thing about this is, Michael's phone call to 911 was placed at 12:22pm on the same day. This does not add up!!! Somethin is really funky in here mang.

• Lastly, the latest reports are claiming that MJ's entire nose was missing from his face when he was taken to the Los Angeles morgue!
  

So what was in place of his nose then?? According to the coroners at the county morgue, a small dark hole surrounded by bits of cartilage was in place of where his nose once laid.

And allegedly, sources are saying MJ had to wear a prosthetic nose to hide the effects of his plastic surgery abuse & was deeply shy about the whole thing.

Well at least we know now why his nose always looked different & funky in public. Speaking of plastic surgery, a site conjured up a picture of what Mike would've looked like by the time he passed; if he didn't have any surgeries, or bleach his skin & get chemical & laser peels.

All of this is so sad!!! From the coroners releasing private info, to Dr. Arnold Klein's adding to Mike's addiction, to him having to rock a fake nose & especially to Dr. Conrad Murray & his suspect movements!!

Michael Jackson will be coming to DVD soon so all you bootleggers listen up!

According to Hits Daily Double, AEG, Sony Music & Jackson's estate are in negotiations with a deal to release footage from Michael Jackson's This Is It tour to DVD and possibly in theaters too!

Sounds like a brilliant idea! Sony Music says that MJ looked spectacular in all of the video they have of him rehearsing.

I expect nothing less of course!

• LaToya Jackson has a new song out dedicated to her brother. Surprisingly, she won't receive any money for doing so. The song is available through ITunes & all proceeds will go to MJ's AIDS charity foundation:

• Dr. Conrad Murray has been running from the LAPD. He was scheduled to speak to the police for weeks now but has been cancelling the meetings through his lawyers again and again!

• Katherine Jackson is working hard to counter MJ's will so she would become the guardian of his $500 million estate.

• Although toxicology reports aren't out yet, all signs are pointing to the drug Propofol as the cause of death.
  

That doctor sounds pretty funky to me. Why's he dipping & dodging from the popo? Is it cause he's the one that had been administering Propofol to Mike?

Moving on to the good stuff!! Lots of things happened over the course of the holiday weekend and I'm going to try my best to post all the ones that I feel are the most blog worthy!



Starting with the one & only Michael Jackson. Michael's public memorial is going to be held tomorrow at the Staples Center and it will surely be one set for the record books!

• The service is going to be broadcasted on all major TV networks and is expected to draw in close to a million fans to the center. The LAPD and other officials will be trying their very best to contain the crowds just in case it gets out of hand. However, some officers believe that the capacity crowd expected will out number their entire force! Let's see how this turns out tomorrow and see how many people will show up when over 500 million hits were made on the Staples Center website after the news broke that the memorial would be held at the location. You be the judge of how many will gather to see the King of Pop.

Ron Boyd (family friend), Kobe Bryant, Mariah Carey, Andrae Crouch Choir; Barry Gordy, Jennifer Hudson, Shaheen Jafargholi (finalist on Britain’s Got Talent), Magic Johnson, Martin Luther King III, Bernice A. King, John Mayer, Lionel Richie, Smokey Robinson, Rev. Al Sharpton, Brooke Shields, Pastor Lucious Smith (family friend), Usher and Stevie Wonder are all participants in the service tomorrow.

• On the investigation side, police are looking to question 5 doctors who may have prescribed or given Michael the drugs without authorization and a judge recently gave the okay for 3 search warrants on three different doctors; the reason still being unclear.
  Dr. Conrad Murray, who everyone believed to be responsible for the singer's death and the same person that denied he ever injected MJ with Diprivan (an anesthic medicine that was found all over Michael's home), is not authorized to prescribe or to administer any medicines; he is only liscensed in Nevada not in California.

People are saying that foul-play is not entirely ruled out after receiving the results of the 2nd autopsy. But of course, nothing can be certain until the toxicology reports come back.



Lastly, an unbelievable footage of Michael Jackson's Neverland Ranch has hit all over the internet! It's a recent video clip during CNN Larry King's interview with Jermaine Jackson in which Larry's cameras was given access to video tape inside Michael's Neverland home.


I won't say anymore but just take a look. The footage has not been altered! This is the original footage , as it was seen and broadcasted live on CNN. Many people have commented on the video saying that they too in fact saw the unusual "thing" while watching it on TV.




It's a little eery yet surprisingly calming to me. I believe in the spirit world so I'm going to say that it can very well be Michael's spirit.,. Neverland is his home and creation, but then again it can be a shadow of somebody else walking into the next room as some have said it was to be... right???
