E.S. P JEN: MERRIMAN IS CLEARED OF ALL CHARGES

Despite these photos reality TV star Tila Tequila released of the altercation between her & linebacker Shawne Merriman, the San Diego District Attorney’s Office dismissed the charges filed against him. The DA said there was insufficient evidence to prove that any crime was committed & the case is closed.

So what did the Twitter queen do? She took to her Twitter to speak her mind about Merriman. . . . & even took a shot at Chris Brown (MechanicalDUmmy)?! :

Chris Brown's response:

"NOT TRYNA BE RUDE but i keep hearing Tila bringing my name up. ur 15 seconds of fame has ended. dont try to gain fans by dissin me.god bless."

I support Tila already since she's Viet, but did she really have to go and say alla that?!

Anyhoo, San Diego Chargers' Shawne Merriman was arrested for choking & holding his girlfriend, reality TV star Tila Tequila, against her will at his San Diego home!




Tequila signed a citizen's arrest warrant charging Merriman with 2 felonies; battery and false imprisonment & was taken to a nearby hospital to get treated although she suffered no injuries.




The conflict now is both have 2 completely different accounts of what happened that night. Tila says she was absolutely one hundred percent sober when the attack occurred & when she filed the report. Merriman claims Tila was drunk out of her mind & was trying to keep her safe in his house because he was worried something would've happened to her since she was so intoxicated. However,Tila claims that she doesn't drink which is ironic since her stage name is Tila Tequila!

Merriman spent about 2 1/2 hours in the downtown jail before posting bail.

Merriman practiced Monday, then said he's convinced he'll be cleared. It will ultimately be up to the District Attorney's office to decide if he'll be charged. Merriman said the following, "I think when it all surfaces, it will be a different situation. Period. At the time, I was concerned about her welfare given the intoxicated state she appeared to be in and I encouraged her to stay until safe transportation could be provided. We would all do our best to help a friend if we considered their actions to be detrimental to their personal safety.

OFFICIAL REPORT CLAIMS BREEZY & RIRI HAD 2 VIOLENT ENCOUNTERS BEFORE

Chris Brown was sentenced yesterday in court and since then the probation report has been leaked and it tells of 2 other times Breezy and Rihanna got into violent situations!




Here's an excerpt from the report which says:

The first incident of abuse occurred in Europe about three months before the present offense. Rihanna and Chris were involved in a verbal dispute and Rihannah slapped Chris. He responded by shoving her into a wall.

Here's another excerpt from when they were together in Rihanna's hometown of Barbados:

Then Chris and Rihanna were visiting Barbados and were driving a Range Rover loaned to them by a local dealership. They had an arguement inside the car. Chris exited and broke the front driver and passenger side windows of the car.

Okay so Breezy's a bit agressive but I'm sure Rihanna yapped his head off to the point where veins were popping out of the side of face!

CHRIS BROWN'S PUBLIC APOLOGY

Chris Brown has finally released a public apology about the Rihanna incident earlier this year.


It's getting mixed reactions.


Some say it wasn't from the heart and that it was written for him, others believe his sincerity.

My initial reaction was that the apology was so staged. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that he was reading from a card, but then again, most important speeches or such are read off a teleprompter or card anyways; just because he is reading off one, doesn't mean he didn't write the apology or didn't mean it. I could sense he is utterly sorry. I dunno. I'm mixed on this I guess.



I'd like to hear what Rihanna has to say about the incident too and I'd like hear her address those "crazy jealous Island girl" rumors that people have been talking about.

What does singer/hitmaker JOE & Cheetah Girl Kiely Williams have in common???

No they're not dating each other but her mom and JOE were & it's just been brought to light that they may have had a Chris Brown/Rihanna relationship!


Scratch that. An Ike & Tina relationship is suited better.



Kiely Williams of the Cheetah Girls has spoken up, addressing the fact that she had to watch her mother get beaten by Joe!!

“I have had my own personal experience with domestic abuse with my mother having been in an emotionally and physically abusive relationship with the R&B singer JOE for several years. I saw the toll it took on her and how difficult her recovery was. I wish Rihanna the best and hope that she gets through what I know is a terrible ordeal.”

I thought Joe was an R&B crooner not a freakin' lady abuser! Who would've thought someone with such a soft sweet singing voice would be a low down woman beater!

I can't believe it! I'm so shocked & dismayed.

He has some classic R&B joints yo. I hope this domestic violence thing isn't gonna be the latest trend because it seems like it is. Such a shame!
