MARK LESTER CLAIMS TO BE FATHER OF MJ'S KIDS

Can this man rest in peace yet?




Former child star Mark Lester, who's the godfather to Michael's 3 children is making claims that he is the biological father to Paris and is willing to take a paternity test to prove it.

In 1996, MJ asked Lester if he would donate his sperm to the King of Pop so Michael could finally start a family. "It was a gift to him, no money was paid, it was something I was honored to do." Lester claims.

You be the judge. The picture is above is of Lester & his daughter Harriet & below is Paris.

This one may be believable.





UPDATE:

• Sources very close to the Jackson family say that Lester was a good friend to MJ since 1981, but had never claimed to be the father of the 11-year old girl.

  One Jackson family source says, "They twisted his words around. He's not claiming to be the father of Paris Jackson."

Big Pun's wife Liza Rios has been through a heck of a lot from the time the Bronx rapper was here to the present date. She's pulled herself through Pun's domestic abuse, violence & so much more. But the most surprising fact she's just recently opened up about is that she and her 3 children are currently living in a shelter in NYC:

That really really sucks. . . However people are wondering, is it Pun's fault she's currently in this state or is it hers for not gettin a job & gettin it together.

ANOTHER DAY, ANOTHER STORY ON MJ

Katherine Jackson has recieved full custody of MJ's 3 children as of yesterday. Debbie Rowe is allowed visitation rights but I doubt she'll ever come around.





In news about MJ's death, there are new details stating that a medical aide could be the reason why the King of Pop died Apparently while Dr. Murray was asleep while administering Propofol to Mike, the aide came in and gave MJ his usual dose of Demerol on top of what he was already using! So so so sad. . .

DNA TEST PLEASE

There's a rumor going around that Lauren London's child may not belong to Weezy F. Baby, please say the baby!




Why the questioning all of a sudden? Well it was actually Nivea and Toya, Lil Wayne's first babymother's opinion, telling the rapper it seems really odd that both Nivea & Lauren are exactly 8 months pregnant when during the time Nivea conceived, he was mainly spending every minute with her. They've also talked to him about taking a paternity test to know for sure.




Rumors will be rumors. I hear Weezy refuses to take a DNA test because he is almost certain the baby is his.





We'll see when the baby is born if he comes out with a tear drop and grows to be 5ft tall.

REBBIE JACKSON TO CARE OF MJ'S KIDS

Rebbie Jackson is the eldest Jackson child. She had a few hit records during the 80's but since have lived a quiet life in Las Vegas with her husband and 3 children.




The Jackson family, including Katherine who's the guardian to the children, have all come to an agreement that Michael's kids should be cared for and raised by Rebbie since living with her would more than likely allow them to live a normal life & away from the media.




Sounds like a smart an idea. Paris, Blanket & Prince Michael need a childhood filled with tag and soccer instead of wearing masks and running into the paparazzi everyday.

MORE OF THE MICHAEL JACKSON STORY UNFOLDS

You know the week can't start out right without discussing the latest details in the Michael Jackson case.


Michael's death could very well turn into a criminal investigation according to LA Police Chief William Bratton.


Bratton told CNN that his department is awaiting the coroner's final report to decide whether to proceed with the investigation as a homicide case or as an accidental drug overdose.

• Dr. Conrad Murray and Dr. Arnold Klein have not been cooperating with authorities police say. The two were asked to hand over all of their documents and files to investigators but both failed to give up all their information.
  

As previously stated, Jackson had dozens of injection marks and punctures all over his body the day he died. Law enforcement sources say that some of the injections were old and some were fresh. They were found on his upper arms, upper legs, ankles, inside around his knees and the neck.

• A doctor who treated Michael claimed the singer self-injected Demerol into his system.

• Retired L.A. County Sheriff's deputy Michael Laperruque who worked as Jackson's security said some doctors were trying to get Jackson off of Demerol, and that one of the doctor's in Santa Barbara "was upset with him because he had been self-injecting."
  
  Laperruque told detectives he had picked up Jackson's prescriptions for the singer, usually under the name Chris Carter. Carter was one of Jackson's bodyguards.
  
  Laperruque also told detectives one time when he was at Neverland his job was to keep Jackson's family out because they were planning an intervention.

• Most of the prescriptions for Michael were under different aliases & his security and whoever was around would be the ones to go pick them up.

His three children, originally scheduled for a hearing this morning, has been postponed for a week. The move was requested by both Katherine Jackson, who was awarded temporary guardianship, and Debbie Rowe, Jackson's ex-wife and the mother of Prince Michael and Paris Jackson.

And lastly, during the 2003search of Neverland Ranch, investigators found this in his home:

• A vial of Versed -- a powerful sedative
• Several IV bags containing "a milky white fluid, located in a small cardboard box on top of the bathtub." Propofol and other anesthesias are milky white.
  
• A vial of Promethazine -- an antihistamine with strong sedative effects
• A generic for of Xanax
  
• A bottle of Percocet
• A syringe
• A vial with Demerol in it
• Numerous loose pills outside bottles
• A bottle of Prednisone -- a steroid
• Ery-tab -- an antibiotic
• Prescriptions for Xanax that had been filled
• Oxygen tanks
• IV stands

This is all just too much. . . so freakin tragic!!! I'm just picturing Michael rolling around the IV stands filled with anesthics or him just laying in bed with an IV connected to his body. . . so so so sad! =*(

MJ'S DERMATOLOGIST ANSWERS

There was a lot of speculation about MJ's dermatologist Dr. Arnold Klein being one of the 5 doctors who's under investigation for his death and also possibly being the father of Michael's children!



Well Dr. Klein went on Larry King Live to address both issues:

MJ UPDATES (you know I got those):

• His famous white Swarvoski jeweled embezzled glove, a fedora that was customized for him, costumes MJ wore on stage and his platinum record for the 20 millionth copy of Thriller will be auctioned off in October. The glove is estimated to be auctioned off for between $60,000 to $80,000, but prices may shoot up by that time!
  

• As if the MJ drama hasn't been stressful enough for the Jackson household, Debbie Rowe (the woman who gave birth to Michael's children years ago.. read up on it if you're not familiar with the story) has decided to file for custody for Prince Michael I & II and Paris.
  

Debbie recently had a 90 minute phone conversation yesterday with NBCLA's Chuck Henry and stated that she wanted her children and that Michael didn't keep his end of the deal but she did? Debbie also said she was willing to submit to any testing, including a DNA test to prove that she is the children’s true biological mother, she'll voluntarily submit to psychological testing & also said she'll be filing for a restraining order against Joe Jackson from coming near the children.

Hmmm. Kinda strange since she openly told the media and public years ago when she gave birth to them that she was willing to give up the children to Michael without hesitation, that they belong to him & she had no intentions of raising them or caring for them since, as she claims, they were a gift for him.



Mind you, Michael left her out of his will and the 3 children are named heirs to his estate. Somebody trying to fake the funk? I gotta feeling she's singing gimme the loot, gimme the loot when she sleeps at night.

DETAILS OF MICHAEL'S WILL

So MJ's will was filed in court today and the details have been leaked:

• His mother Katherine will be the legal guardian of his 3 children; should his mother pass, then Diana Ross will become their legal guardian
• He is worth more than $500,000,000. All of the estate consists of non-cash, non-liquid assets, including primarily an interest in a catalog of music royalty rights (includes The Beatles, Bob Dylan, Niel Diamond, Lady Gaga, The Jonas Brothers ) which is currently being administered by Sony/ATV, and interests in various entities.
• The Michael Jackson Family Trust (his 3 children and Katherine) will receive all of his estate
• Some will be distributed to charities
  
• Six relatives, which include Tito's three sons, are listed as contingent remainder beneficiaries. Meaning, they'd only share the estate if Michael's children or Katherine passed away before Michael did.

UPDATE:


The Jackson family put out a statement saying the public viewing of Michael will not be held at Neverland Ranch and that memorial services and public viewing details will be given shortly.


It's rumored that the public viewing would be held at the Los Angeles Staples Center but that's not yet confirmed.


According to E! News, Michael's body is currently being held at the Forest Lawn Memorial Park and Mortuaries in the Hollywood Hills, where he's expected to be buried.

I feel bad for all those people who bought hotel rooms all near and around Neverland Ranch! I read that some hotels sold out completely in 20 minutes!

THE KING OF POP DEATH UPDATES

So I was waiting until today to post what's been going on with new details about MJ's death.



First, Michael's live-in doctor who has been identified as Dr. Conrad Murray has been found and will cooperate with law enforcements. An autopsy was conducted on Friday on MJ's body and the results had no signs of any foul play. However, the Jackson family has requested for a 2nd autopsy, which was done yesterday. No word yet on the results. Even so, the toxicology tests won't be done for a couple of weeks so until those results come out, we won't know the actual cause of death.



The cause of death is important in regards to the concert promoters for Michael Jackson's 50 show comeback tour. Now that Michael has passed away, they're left to refund money to all the concert go-ers, but how much is to be paid back and how much they're losing, all depends on how Michael died in accordance to their insurance contract. Here are some photos of the preparation behind the tour. The dancers all said they were floored by Mike's ability to do the same moves that made him famous again:





The cause of death will play an important factor in Dr. Conrad Murray's role as well. The Texas certified physician is denying that he played any part in Michael's death and that he is certain he is not responsible. Murray's attorney says that the LAPD doesn't consider Dr. Murray a suspect but needs his help in piecing together what occurred on the day leading up to Mike's death.



So rumors of him being the reason Mike died is ruled out.. for now. Joe Jackson, Michael's father, has been very open about not trusting Dr. Murray and feels that the doctor is not in the clear yet! It's kind of fishy that 11 days before Michael's death, Dr. Murray sent a personal letter to all of his clientele, stating that he will no longer be their physician and is leaving his private practice indefinitely.



The Jackson family issued a statement to the press:

“In one of the darkest moments of our lives we find it hard to find the words appropriate to this sudden tragedy we all had to encounter. Our beloved son, brother and father of three children has gone so unexpectedly, in such a tragic way and much too soon. It leaves us, his family, speechless and devastated to a point, where communication with the outside world seems almost impossible at times.

“We miss Michael endlessly, our pain cannot be described in words. But Michael would not want us to give up now. So we want to thank all of his faithful supporters and loyal fans worldwide, you - who Michael loved so much. Please do not despair, because Michael will continue to live on in each and every one of you. Continue to spread his message, because that is what he would want you to do. Carry on, so his legacy will live forever.

“In addition, Joseph Jackson wishes to personally convey: ‘My grandchildren are deeply moved by all the love and support you have shown for them and their father, Michael Jackson.’”

Many were wondering what was going to happen to his children. The Jackson family has expressed that the children will be kept with their family, even though Debbie Rowe is their mother (yall know about that whole drama years ago).

His children is left in great hands because reports are saying that Michael Jackson kept a secret library of over 100 songs that he planned on releasing after his death, but only for his children! Sp financially, they should be alright and as far as his estate, he left that to his brother Randy.
