MARIAH'S ALBUM PUSHED BACK

Mariah Carey has a string of performances she was set to do but now has cancelled. First it was the Today's Show, now it also includes the MTV VMA's and on top of that she's also cancelled receiving a star on the famous Hollywood Walk of Fame!




Mariah Carey's camp stated that the reasoning behind all the the cancellations is because Mariah wants to make a solid album & give her fans the best music she possibly could.




Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel will no longer be released at the end of August as it was originally suppose to drop but will instead go toe to toe with Madonna's album on September 29th.





It's the battle of the divas all month, who will win??!

MARIAH CAREY SIGNS ON VIOLATOR, 50 CENT IN MODERN WARFARE?

Mariah Carey has just signed on Chris Lighty & Violator Management as her new representation!




Lighty & the Violator team will now oversee her career in music, advertising and branding . The company is also responsible for handling the careers of superstars like Sean “Diddy” Combs, LL Cool J, Soulja Boy, Swizz Beatz and 50 Cent.




And according to reports, Violator is helping Carey put the finishing touches on her new album Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel which I hear has been pushed back from it's original release date in a few weeks.

All you video gamers that are anxiously awaiting the arrival of Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 on November 11th of this year, you're in for a great surprise!




When you hear someone screaming "watch your fire!", "reloaded" or "I'm down, get me up!" it'll sound extremely familiar. No need to clean your ears because the voice is indeed rapper 50 cent's voice.




50 has lent his voice to Modern Warfare 2 with one liners & quotes and reportedly, other big wigs in the entertainment industry will also have the privilege of doing the same thing:










Makes the anticipation worse hmmmm.

MC'S CD TO BE RELEASED W/ A MAGAZINE?

Okay so maybe not so much a magazine but it might as well be one!



Mariah Carey's upcoming release Memoirs of An Imperfect Angel is going to be reproduced with a 34 page booklet by Elle Magazine!



But if you think MC will be gracing the pages you've thought wrong. The booklet will look as if it was a copy of Elle, complete with a Mariah like editorial and full page ads from designer and company names like Elizabeth Arden, Le Metier de Beaute and the Bahamas Board of Tourism.




Is Island Def Jam in need of promotional loot? Is that why they did this? At least have Mariah in the damn pages!
