- 61 year old Roger Stephens is being held without bond for felony cruelty to children when he slapped a stranger's 2 year old four times across the face because she wouldn't stop crying! the loony approached the mother & said "if you don't shut that baby up, i will shut her up for you." & that he did. ummm you didn't really think you'd get away with that did you? moron!
