MAX B WILL SEE 75 YEARS

Max B was in court today to find out the sentencing for his role in the murder & conspiracy of a shooting that went down at the Holiday Inn.




The verdict was in & the judge ordered Max B to 75 years in prison, putting him behind bars for the rest of his life.




Stay out of jail people!!!

CHRIS BROWN TRIAL MOVED UP TO TODAY

Chris Breezy's hearing was moved to today & here are the terms of his sentence:

• Felony Probation for 60 months and must obey all laws.

• Report to Probation within 72 hours

• 52 Weeks of a Domestic Violence Program in Virginia.

• Must turn in all weapons within the next 24 hours and can not own any weapons during that period.

• Must Provide DNA Samples as Requested by the Authorities

• 180 Days of Community Service Hard Labor… washing cars, cleaning graffiti off the walls, etc.

• Get approval before leaving the country.

• Report to a court room every 3 months for the next 5 years.

• Fines and Fees: $2,500 in restitution, $2,500 in probation expenses, $30 for criminal conviction fee and $400 for the domestic violence fund.

• The Protective Order for the next 5 years: Brown is not allowed to harass, assault, threaten, molest, etc. Rihanna. No direct contact nor 3rd party contact with her. He must stay at least 100 yards away from her unless it is an entertainment (work) related event, then he must stay 10 yards away.

If Chris Brown violates any of these terms, he will be placed in jail immediately. Judge Patricia Schnegg told Chris during the sentencing:

“I am not the one to ever believe in any hear say or anything else but I am not immune from chatter on the airwaves. Any set violation of the protective order is a violation of your probation… Even though you have probation, remember this is a felony and it does come with potential of state prison if you should violate in any way the terms and condition of this probation or pick up any new case. Do you understand, I just want to myself perfectly clear.”

I wonder how Breezy & Rihanna feel, knowing that they have to basically treat eachother like the other doesn't exist for the next 5 years?

Remember that crazy story in May about Dallas Maverick's Dirk Nowitski's former girlfriend who was on the run from the law, stole credit cards and money, changed her identity 5 times, Cristal Taylor???




Taylor was sentenced to five years behind bars yesterday for breaking her probation, despite writing to the judge begging for leniency. She claims that she had changed and her love for the Nowitski was real!




Nowitzki has also spoken of his love for Taylor in the past, but the love is now gone. The power forward has canceled his credit cards and changed his telephone number and e-mail address. He has broken off all contact with Taylor, who is rumored to be pregnant with his child.




Dirk only found out the truth about his former lover's shady past after she was arrested in May!

Anyhoo, Michael Vick has just been released from jail and is in dire need of the public's acceptance but his actions yesterday are having people call his integrity into question again.




“Michael, you can’t do that.” Vick's mentor Indianapolis Colts Coach Tony Dungy told him after Vick was spotted by the New York Post drinking a Grey Goose/Pineapple Juice to get him loose at a hotel bar in Philly.

Vick drinking doesn't violate the terms upon his reinstatement into the league but people are saying he needs to remain a saint while in the public eye until all is clear. Even if that means cooling on his partying ways.

E.S.P JEN: PLAXICO BURRESS PLEADS GUILTY

Plaxico Burress has pleaded guilty as his lawyers advised him to.





The former NFL Giant plead guilty to a weapon's charge and will be officially sentenced on September 22nd. Burresswill be serving 2 years in prison along with 2 years of supervised release.

New York's gun laws don't play.

E. S. P. JEN: MICHAEL VICK IS FREE & DAVID BECKHAM GETS DECKED

Animal abuser and the ASPCA's best friend Michael Vick was officially released from federal prison today.

For the past two months, Vick had been working in construction and was part of a halfway house program where he helped youth clubs. He had been under house arrest to complete the last part of his sentence.

Sources are saying that Vick is expected to seek reinstatement to the NFL, however the NFL says that the review of his status is ongoing & they don't have a definitive answer yet. Since he was dropped last month by the Falcons, Vick is now a free agent if the league decides to reinstate him.

If that happens, lots of teams are without a doubt going to be gunning for the QB.

Vick now faces three years probation and has a three-year suspended sentence on state dogfight charges.

Angry fans booed the David Beckham because of his five-month leave to play with the opposing team AC Milan!

The tension was already there but it got worse when Beckham decided to approach the angry fans, trying to extend a hand of peace. Others are saying that there was nothing professional about how Beckham approached one particular fan, causing the fan to leap from his seat jumping onto the field and attempting to attack Beckham!

Security broke up the tussle and escorted David back to his team while removing the fan from the field.

Becks is still a member of the LA Galaxy, but he's been trying to buy himself out of his contract to go play full time in Milan.

Hip-hop's favorite watch jeweler Jacob will be spending 2 1/2 years in jail for associating himself with the infamous Black Mafia Family in the early 90's!

Jacob has given up $2 million dollars in illegal proceeds, as a part of his plea deal for laundering the drug profits of a nationwide drug conspiracy network. He lied to federal authorities about owning $5 million worth of jewelry seized from Terry Flenory, co-head of the notorious Black Mafia Family that operated throughout the United States from 1990-2005.

LIL WAYNE HIRES THE FBI

Hey when you're dealing with forensics, why not call on a FBI scientist?!

Lil Wayne has hired former FBI geneticist Bruce Budowle in an attempt to avoid doing any jail time for his New York gun charge in which cops found a .40 Caliber on his tour bus following his performance with Ja Rule as The Beacon Theater July of 2007.

According to The New York Post, Budowle will argue that Manhattan prosecutors used an unreliable testing method in their attempt to link Lil Wayne’s DNA to the gun, which Weezy's lawyers say is legally registered to his manager Cortez Bryant.

Lil Wayne has pleaded not guilty to 2 felony charges of criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree. If he's convicted, he faces up to three and half years in prison under the New York gun laws.

Didn't the officer who searched Weezy's tour bus & found the gun claim to have smelled marijuana coming from inside when she was a block away???

MTA FARES UP, BERNIE MADOFF SENTENCED & RUN DMC GET A STREET

In this great city of New York, the MTA just raised their fares to $2.25 from $2.00. The weekly Metrocard went from $25 to $27 and a monthly card has gone from $81 to $89.


The city and people are broke. Can it with these raises!!




Bernie Madoff the monster who swindled thousands of people out of millions of dollars and didn't shell out one single penny of his own money, was sentenced to 150 years in prison.

The pioneers of rap Run DMC are getting a street named after them in Hollis, Queens where they grew up!

The New York City Council approved a new bill today stating, Run-DMC JMJ Way, in Hollis Queens, will be named after the legendary rap group.

Once Mayor Michael Bloomberg signs the bill into law, the corner of 205th Street and Hollis Avenue will officially be renamed after the group. This was the chosen location because it's close to the mural of Jam Master Jay and to the Hip Hop Musuem, potentially attracting more tourists.

Congrats to Run & Dmc. JMJ is looking down and celebrating without a doubt.

REMY MA WRITES FROM JAIL

Remy Ma wrote an open letter about her experience being incarcerated so far and how she would not wish prison on anyone. The letter via Global Grind:

I always find myself thinking about what I was doing a year ago, two years ago, five years ago today. I never remember exactly where till I find myself imagining where I would be today. I rarely listen to the radio because it’s sort of depressing. Not being able to record is stressful not because I’m a rapper but because that was my way of venting and expressing myself.

So I write a lot! So much that now I have a callous on my finger from holding a pen. I guess I got used to texting my rhymes!

I get a lot of fan mail and everyone asks me how I’m doing? I say fine, the way I see it I never imagined making it this far with my sanity. Not being able to go somewhere when you want, see your family when you want (on many occasions when you need to), can’t use the phone, take a shower, wear clothes, even eat when you want – super aggravating. Whenever, which is almost everyday I get visits, a lot of kids ask for autographs. It’s something that I used to do almost everyday but now it actually feels weird, I really feel like an inmate.

And as much as I hate to admit it, I really am an inmate. I mean, it kind of grows on you when certain people go out of there way to make you feel like that.

Everyone in prison isn’t innocent but everyone in prison isn’t guilty. So whether you end up here on purpose or by accident, the pain you’re feeling is still the same. And I can quote a lot “gangsters” by saying that “I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy…”

A tough cookie like Remy Ma probably thought going to jail would be a piece of cake because she was a gangster and she still is, but prison does create a whole new perspective on things.
