JAYZ COULD SELL A MILLION RECORDS BY NEXT WEEK!

Jay-Z's Blueprint 3 album is well on it's way to hitting a million units sold!



BP3 sold 464,000 copies in it's first week of release, then an additional 300,000+ copies in the 2nd week and by the end of this week, it's projected the Brooklyn hero will be selling 160,000 copies!

HARRY POTTER & THE HALF BLOODED PRINCE

As expected, Harry Potter and The Half Blooded Prince opened to #1 in the box office this weekend with $79.5 million, bringing the movie's weekly total including Wednesday's midnight opening to $159.7 million.



The movie is off to the fastest overall start in franchise history:







The trailer looks incredible! The Harry Potter phenomenon has brought in a total of $4.5 billion throughout the years.

A MICHAEL MILLI

Soundscan has reported that 1.1 million Michael Jackson albums were sold in the U.S. last week, a 37% increase in sales since last week!

And it's said that MJ could be the best-selling artist of 2009. Kinda puts artists to shame huh. It really does show the adoration and huge fan base he has!!!

And since Michael's passing, over 2.3 million of his albums were purchased in America alone.

HARRY POTTER WON'T EVER FOTTER

A midnight screening for Harry Potter & The Half Blooded Prince went down yesterday and the ticket sales are staggering!



The movie raked in $20 million from the viewing last night alone beating out the midnight sales of both The Dark Night ($18 million) and Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith ($17 million), making it the Best Midnight Gross film of all time.



And who knows how much it'll make by the end of the weekend!!



Harry Potter and his dedicated fan base will never die out!!!
