There was a tribute at the legendary Apollo Theater in Harlem world yesterday for Michael Jackson.
Fans brought memoribilia, teddy bears, flowers and much more to pay respects to the singer. They watched footage of MJ's performances, his time at the Apollo and memories of his life on a projector screen.
To the non die hard fans, The Apollo was the first real gig The Jackson 5 had at the time and where they gained notoriety by winning the famous amateur night.
The Jackson 5 were introduced to the world and the discovery of the talent in little Michael Jackson was brought to everyone's attention.
