Damn. Seems like DMX just can't get his shit together!

After 8 days of being released from the Arizona Tent City Jail, the pitbull lover copped a plea & pled guilty to another crime; an attempted aggravated assault (a felony) back on May 22nd, after an incident where he verbally threatened some guards while he was locked up there.
(Supposedly they made him wear pink stripes & only served him 2 tiny portions of food a day to eat.)

Uhhhhh. It is JAIL.

He's due back in Maricopa County court for sentencing on Monday.

Let's see if he'll hafta rock those pink stripes again. Cement boots & all.
