NIA LONG DISSES BEYONCE

Actress Nia Long has got some words for Beyonce!


In the latest issue of Pride Magazine in the UK, Nia talks about black actresses, how singers should stick to singing unless you're Jamie Foxx & Beyonce's performance in the movie Obsessed:

“I didn’t see ‘Obsessed,’ so I can’t comment, but it’s just not about how talented you are anymore. It’s about, ‘How much box-office revenue will this person generate?’ When you see certain people – we won’t name names – they just don’t have the skill, and no one in their team has said, ‘You need acting classes. If you’re a singer not an actress, you should sing. If you’re a rapper, you should rap. If you take time to develop your craft, God bless you. Jamie Foxx is an example of both [actor and singer].”

“If you were able to take all the Black actresses and the choices we’ve made collectively, it’s a pure reflection of what you see on film. People need to work. But the content? The opportunities for Black actresses are more widespread today, but the quality has suffered."

Well Nia might be have a shitfest when she finds out that an Obsessed 2 is in development and that Beyonce's management team has been working overtime trying to negotiate a deal where the singer is said to make a huge amount for her role again!


Obsessed was a thriller/suspense flick dealing with a stalker chick who's after Beyonce's husband. Hoeever in the sequel, there's rumors that Beyonce will be cheating on her husband and ultimately gets a stalker herself!


Can't knock the movie if I wanted to. It made a considerable amount at the box office on opening day!
