That's David Ortega, Oscar & Grammy winner Jennifer Hudson's fiance, aka Punk from I Love New York 2 aka Dawson Alexander, the name he goes by in wrestling. This is a clip from him doing his thing at the Florida Wrestling Championship and he's supposedly already a crowd favorite, even though the crowd seems to only be around 10 people.
