Is it me? Or are there mad rappers trying to get into the movie industry.
According to a press release, Fabolous will be releasing his autobiographical album Loso's Way on June 30 chronicling the artists' obstacles & struggles from the very beginning to where he is now. The album will consist of 17 tracks, with production by Justice League, Sean C, Jermaine Dupri & collabos with Hova, Trey Songz, Keri Hilson, Neyo, Jerimih & alot others.
Sounds like a typical dope Fab cd. But that's not all.
He's also set to release a 30-minute film to accompany the album too! Oh maNnnnNn.
SOHH.com spoke with the Brooklyn rapper & asked him about this new film. Fab says he was inspired by the movie, Carlito’s Way.
“Carlito was a street dude, trying to make the transition from the streets to something better,” he said. “That’s where I felt I was at…transitioning from the streets to a hip-hop artist.”
Hey, isn't 50 Cent doin the same thing with his Before I Self Destruct album??? *shrugs
